While RevealVault is in its early-access waitlist phase, we collect only the information you voluntarily submit through our waitlist form:

• Your name or studio/salon name;
• Your email address;
• Your selected role/use case and optional notes;
• Any referral code present in the link you used to visit the site;
• Standard server log metadata (timestamp and request headers required for security and rate-limiting).

No payment card data is collected on this site during the waitlist phase.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your waitlist submission solely to:

• Notify you when early-access pilot invitations open for RevealVault;
• Understand pilot cohort demand across use cases;
• Respond to direct support inquiries you send us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

Waitlist records are stored in our encrypted database hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (US region) with edge routing via Cloudflare. We retain waitlist contact entries for up to 12 months or until you ask us to delete them. You may request access to, correction of, or immediate deletion of your waitlist record at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Updates to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy when paid or interactive features launch, we will post the updated version at https://revealvault.org/privacy with a revised effective date.
